In reply, I have the honour to forward herewith the correspondence on this case, from which it will be seen that on instructions received from Eça Majesty's Minister at Peking and on the opinion of the Orown Advocate at
Shanghai, Yeap Seng Koon has again been registered as a
British subject by this donmlate.
